Toronto – Top 5 Places To Visit

When people find out I was born and raised in Toronto, they often ask me what are the best places to visit. I found the following video I thought you might enjoy that shows some of those attractions. My brother helped build the Skydome and during the opening parade, which included all the workers, he showed off a temporary tattoo of the dome on his back – in full colour.

So which is your favourite place in Toronto? I have yet to see the renovated museum, but the new wing looks awesome!

As another born and raised in Toronto here are some of my favorites, in the top 5 list, Casa Loma and the ROM are among them, also the Eaton’s center for shopping, Centre Island is always enjoyable, and during the last 2 weeks of August the CNE is a must visit. There are so many things to do in Toronto, something for everyone.

Thank you Bridget for your comments. I haven’t been to the ROM (Royal Ontario Museum) since the new addition was completed, but I hear it’s amazing. Other top sites for a lot of people are the Science Centre and the Art Gallery. And if you attend the CNE in August, admission also includes Ontario Place – although you would need more than one day to see them both properly.
